Raw Fabric Control
In the raw fabric control process, fabrics are checked one by one before dyeing and digital printing processes. With this control made by our employees, we aim to offer the best quality fabric to our customers.
Dyeing
The dyeing process of our fabrics is carried out with GOTS certified organic dyes. No harmful chemicals are used in the production process.
Digital Printing
The reactive printing method, which can be used easily on natural textile products such as silk and cotton, provides permanent, bright and vivid colors in organic fabrics. Our high quality printed fabrics, which go through fixing, washing, drying and sanforizing processes, are ready for quality control.
Quality Control
We aim to provide the best quality service to our customers with fabrics checked and approved by our employees.
Double Folding
In the final stage, our ready-to-use fabrics are folded in half to form a 10-meter roll of fabric. Our defect-free and high quality fabrics are delivered to our customers as five roll of fabric in a box.
